The intro says this sighting happened at the home of Peggy and Ralph Manget. The finally got tired of dealing with the poor shadow and moved out and left him all alone… how sad…for Shadow Man.
I think this is an apparition (a fake apparition) as opposed to someone just standing outside the window, but it’s kind of hard to tell. i think they were going for a soft sell here. Trying to underwhelm you with being boring.
