This photograph was taken in 2010 in Goerte Marvin’s backyard. As with many fake photographs you can tell from the Negative-Contrast image the “ghost” does not fit in the image. Unless ghosts have a native RGB value than real life, then this is a fake.
The Harlon House is a Bed and Breakfast in the Hill Country that has long been famous for tales of the Harlon House Ghost. Many guests have recounted hearing noises and seeing objects move. As you can see from the infrared spectrometry and negative it is difficult to spot any obvious abnormalities. But if you ask around you will discover how the reservation rate went up after this poltergeist was mentioned on their website. The face also looks a little phony.
No we are not talking about Paris, France but rather the sleepy town of Paris, Texas in East Texas. This ghost was first mentioned in a Ghost Tales book in 1982. The home of Denaris Ragon (b 1926 – d 1997) was long thought to be haunted. The house was built in 1908 and was torn down in 2007 for a new shopping center. There have been no reports of the Paris Poltergeist in any of the new shops.
