This video is the phenomenon of not seeing something while filming it. A family with an 8MM camera (old school film camera, no iPhones in 1967) shot what thought was a cool fountain with horses. The story goes after developing the film the noticed the strange apparition that appeared in the film. They did not notice anything while they were there. I guess the ghost thought the fountain was cool too. I wonder what it thought about the family filming him/her? I’ll open a case because at this point I am looking for anything. Did I mention I need a vacation? Canada maybe? Are Canadian ghosts extra polite?
